On Saturday, September 24, 2011, I will be hosting the 8th Annual DEAFestival-Los Angeles at Woodley Park in Van Nuys. I am thrilled to invite you to participate and sponsor this outstanding event.
DEAFestival-Los Angeles is one of the largest community events in the City of Los Angeles, with thousands of youth and families having access to many organizations representing schools, government agencies, and businesses that cater to the deaf, deaf-blind and hard-of-hearing community. These organizations provide critical information about programs focusing on youth, health, foster care, teen pregnancy, substance-abuse, domestic violence, hearing dogs for seniors, and other services greatly needed by the deaf, deaf-blind and hard-of-hearing community. Additionally, attendees will have access to a variety of children.
